From packaging to delivery, a great experience. Easy to Assemble. The first time I have an electric bike, wow, an experience I didn't expect, nothing but great and fun, can ride again. I'm a bit old, so lafly is another great feature if you want to walk with the slightest effort.

We bought this bike for your child to go and go to school, we got it soon, they really like it. He is 6 feet 2 inches tall and about 220 pounds, and the bike is comfortable for him. Too much fun, even my husband wants one now.

No problem whatsoever. So far, so good. Bought the e-bike for my husband, he absolutely loved the bike to the point that I was tired of him bragging about it. I did a lot of research and watched videos of what to look for and this bike has everything. He is always praised by passers-by. It's a big deal to see him happy. Oh... finally, although in another country, customer service personnel can actually be contacted at any time. I tested it, got an immediate response and called for ordering help. I am confident that I will have the support of the seller if anything is needed.

I always preferred running to cycling until I broke my foot a few months ago. I bought this bike to save gas and exercise. I am absolutely delighted. At night, I would ride it for about an hour or so without pedal assistance. I take it to work in good weather. I live 15 miles away and I can get there in 30 minutes. This is my first electric bike. I would definitely buy another one.

Super tough bike and rides great.
The bike was delivered in good order, well packed and without damage.
Assembly of the bike is not difficult and all the necessary tools are included.
The finish of the bike is super.
I chose the black performance.
The spray work is beautiful and very solid material.
You can't buy such a bike in Belgium for this price.
This is a new version of the X26. You don't have to take out the second battery to charge. Here an opening was provided on the outside for charging. Also, you do not need to change the cable. Everything works through the contact under the saddle.
Very easy just turn on or off the on/off button under the saddle to choose from battery.
General, I am very satisfied.

This bike is very useful and easy to assemble. It took me about 15 minutes to get the bike out of the box, take out all the packing materials and put them together. It comes with all the tools you need. This is my favorite color, this takes me to where I should go. The battery is enough for me for at least a week and I travel 10 miles a day. it should be noted that the bike accelerates very quickly and the speed is terrible. In short, strongly recommend this!

I have done 100Km with this bike (ENGWE X26) and it must be said, this bike is a beast.
It's heavy (50Kg), but the motor (1000W), is the best help you could ask for.
So far, grass or asphalt or anything else presents no challenge.
Ascending or descending it really doesen't matter, the bike progresses smootly and steady.
It's not just a bike, it's a happines machine.
