Typically, these bikes are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, with expected delivery within a range of 3-11 business days, contingent upon your specific location. Please be advised that this shipping offer does not encompass accessories and parts. Your understanding in this matter is highly appreciated.

1.3 Please bear in mind that the provided shipping timeline serves as a reference. Shipping durations are calculated in business days and may be subject to delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances such as force majeure, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

1.4 To keep you informed about your shipment’s progress, we will send email notifications once your package has been dispatched. Additionally, customers can track the status of their order through the “Order Status” button.

1.5 It’s important to note that the estimated shipping time serves as a general guideline and may not be applicable to certain remote regions.

1.2 This policy shall not create legally enforceable rights and obligations; rather, our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products is indicated in this policy.

3.    For Pre-Order

3.1 Occasionally, we offer pre-order options on our product pages. For detailed information about pre-order shipping times, please visit the respective product page. There, you will find specific information on when pre-orders will be shipped.

4.     Geographical limitations

4.1    We will usually be able to deliver to the following countries and territories: the European Union, and the United Kingdom. We can not offer delivery to island countries and territories, including but not limited to; Malta, Cyprus, British Overseas Territories, Tenerife, Las Palmas, and the Azores.

3.2    We may from time to time agree to deliver products to other countries and territories.

5.     Delivery tracking

5.1    Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products.

5.2    To track your delivery, enter your order number (which is sent to your email following dispatch) into our delivery service provider’s website here: https://www.17track.net/.

6.     Additional deliveries

6.1    If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least 1 more attempt to deliver the products in your order.

7.     Delivery Problems

7.1  If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website or otherwise notify you.

7.2  If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).

7.3  An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

(a)    you provided the wrong or missing address/phone number for delivery;

(b)    there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;

(c)    the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;

(d)    the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;

(e)    if in-person receipt is not required, there are no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept the delivery; or

(f)     if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
